How to transition from one thing to another

Here is how you transition from one thing to another.

It often starts with a thought and a question.

The question may come from within or someone else. The question is often, “Could you just be a (enter the thing you are thinking about being.”

Easy.

It’s a question. And we know from history that we and others can change. So we don’t have to keep doing the same thing.

Becoming known for the new thing

The question becomes, "But how do I become that thing?" Then, "How do I get known for the new thing?"

You start to show and talk about the new thing more, ideally before you have completed training or need to make money at it.

Give yourself time to learn to talk and be in a new identity. Play with it first.

I’ll share specifically how in more detail below. But here is general guidance.

How to get known for the new thing (while you’re still doing the old).

I’ll share specific exercises and strategies to use in three areas:

  1. What you share verbally and online

  2. How to express the new thing with body awareness (embodiment)

  3. Nurturing mind states helps you believe, trust, and love the new
