Guided practice to find the heart of your leadership

There is a theatre practice I love to teach leaders to elevate their presence. In the theatre practice, I have them move from their leadership centre.

For some, they don’t know where or what that is, so we do this practice to find it.

Once you’ve found your leadership centre, try to tune into that place a few times a day.
