A bundle of breaths

I don’t know about you, but my usual meditation go-tos aren’t working as well these days.

Over the last little while, I have turned toward breath practices. I used to avoid them because they were hard and uninteresting. But something about the state of the world, the changing seasons, the calming of my system, or perhaps age, has made me interested in breathwork right now.
